We want to know if we can support you to lip read or use a hearing aid or communication tool.

Please tell the receptionist when you arrive for your next appointment, or call us on 01947 810466 for Churchfield Surgery or for Sandsend Surgery, 01947 894948.

Accessibility

Wheelchair access is available at both the surgeries. Sleights surgery also has a disabled space in the car park. Please ask the staff if you need any help.

Parking

Sleights and Sandsend Surgery both have parking available. Sleights Surgery has its own car park. Sandsend Surgery has an area to the left of the surgery for patients to park, this is also a parking area for the public and can sometimes be full. However, you can park along the roadside in the designated parking areas, this is free in the winter but in the summer months, this is 20p for the first hour. We appreciate the difficulty with parking at the Sandsend Surgery and we are currently trying to resolve this problem. We apologise for any inconvenience.
