GP surgeries, libraries and hospital receptions are no longer dispensing batteries for your hearing aid.
The audiology department are now taking over this service and will provide you with a supply by post. The brown record book is no longer needed to obtain the batteries and this can be disposed of. Please contact Audiology directly on 01904 726741 and select option 1 for the postal service. Alternatively you can email hearingaidrepairs@york.nhs.uk
